Rachel DeaGuero, Customer Service Representative Rachel joined the Sports Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists/Rehab Management Solutions and OccuCare Systems & Solutions team in 2000, where she was a key player in the development and growth of our Central Registration Department. Outstanding customer service skills and enthusiasm earned Rachel the role of Patient Advocate for all SPTRS clients. Rachel understands the importance of making sure your questions are answered so you know what to expect from therapy.
