Balance and Wellness Center - Home Assessment
A home assessment is a one-time visit by one of our licensed physical therapists to assess a patient’s home for possible hazards that could lead to falls, as well as the patient’s daily routine. It is typical for a home assessment to involve ordering adaptive equipment, such as a raised toilet seat, to increase the patient’s level of independence and mobility.
