Rachel DeaGuero
Rachel joined the Sports Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists where she was a key player in the development and growth of our Central Registration Department. Rachel's passion for patient outcomes earned Rachel a role in Customer Service for all SPTRS clients. Rachel understands the importance of making sure your questions are answered and fincancial concerns are forgotten so each and every patient can get the best results from therapy.

Sarah Thomas
Sarah been working in healthcare since 1999 and has been in Collections/Customer Service for 7 years. For the past 6 years, Sarah has worked with Sports Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists specializing in Worker's Compensation. Sarah is devoted to knowing all law changes in the worker's comp systems in both IL and WI. Her dedication is to our patients and making sure that their Worker's Compensation services are paid for and ensuring that each patient is comfortable with and understands the processes that go along with a Worker's Compensation claim.
