Work Hardening/Conditioning Program
This program is designed to rehabilitate and return those employees to work who have difficulties meeting job demands, even after completing traditional physical & occupational therapy treatments. The program may be used in transition from traditional physical and occupational therapy for all patients after the injury or illness has been treated. The program focuses on productivity, safety, physical tolerance, and work behavior by using real or simulated work conditions with physical conditioning; based on individual needs.

Functional Capacity Evaluations
The Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a valuable tool in assessing a client’s functional working ability. The primary purpose is to evaluate the client’s functional abilities and limitations to determine the appropriate physical demand level.
Validity and consistency of effort are an integral component of our FCE. Our web base software allows for immediate result generation and reports are available within 24 hours.

Functional Notes
Functional Progress Notes and Functional Discharge Summaries are utilized during outpatient therapy to provide the physician and employer with return to work abilities for modified or full duty work. These notes assist in the plan of care in order to achieve return-to-work goals for desired functional outcomes.
