Jim has over 20 years of experience in human resources and safety and worker’s compensation management. Jim has a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin. Jim has experience in both the service and manufacturing sectors on loss control and worker’s compensation case management for both self-administered and self-insured organizations. Having worked in both sides of the business world, Jim is keenly aware of the specific needs and goals various organizations face.
