Kristie has been with SPTRS/OCSS since 2000. She has over 15 years of medical business management and customer service experience. Kristie excels in team building. Kristie’s passion is securing and coordinating the maximum benefits for our Patients with their health care plan, to prevent any unnecessary financial burden on our client. Kristie’s responsibilities include medical billing, insurance collections, formatting and updating our medical billing software and overseeing the entire day to day patients services operations. Kristie is also a member of the APTA’s Private Practice Section, administrators council.
