I figured out fairly early in my career as a physical therapist that outstanding service is absolutely key in the physical therapy field because patients have a choice where they want to go to receive their rehab services. I am committed to providing an environment where each client receives the individual attention and services needed to achieve their desired physical or occupational therapy outcomes. At the same time, I believe clients deserve to be in an environment that’s upbeat, welcoming, bright, fun and, most of all, professional. This was the vision that led to the creation of Sports Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists' original site in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Since 1992, my staff and I have worked to develop Sports Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists into a powerful brand, with site operations in Wisconsin and Illinois. We now employ hundreds of dedicated therapists and associates who continue to foster our client centered core values based on outstanding service every day.
I also know the importance of encouraging our professional staff to achieve the highest level of career advancement and autonomy desired--including attaining partnership levels within the firm.
I hope my legacy is to create the most recognized and respected outpatient physical and occupational therapy brand in each community we serve. I promise that I and my professional staff will move forward believing that service to the client comes first at all times.
