Bryan Welder, MPT

Brian received an M.P.T degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and recently attended continuing education courses in orthopedic care, focusing on knee, shoulder, and spine. Brian’s particular areas of interest are sports medicine, musculoskeletal disorders, and neck/back dysfunction. Bryan is the VP of Illinois Regional Growth.

James Bilotti, Vice President of Human Resources & Risk Management

Jim has over 20 years of experience in human resources and safety and worker’s compensation management. Jim has a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin. Jim has experience in both the service and manufacturing sectors on loss control and worker’s compensation case management for both self-administered and self-insured organizations. Having worked in both sides of the business world, Jim is keenly aware of the specific needs and goals various organizations face. As Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management , Jim can offer both companies and employees solutions for reduced injuries on the job, on-going wellness, increased productivity, and reduced disability costs, all of which impact the bottom line.

Jennifer Montemurro, MPT

Jennifer received an M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 1998. She worked at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee before joining Sports Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists in 2000. Jen developed The Balance Center, which has now expanded to the Balance and Wellness Center, and serves as its Director. The Balance and Wellness Center was designated a Center of Excellence by SPTRS in 2001.

Jennifer is the clinic director of the Balance & Wellness Center.

Johnny Passarelli, MPT, CSCS

Johnny received a B.S. degree in Human Biology and an M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University. Since then, he has gained clinical experience in acute care, inpatient care, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient therapy. Johnny is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which means he has designed and implemented strength training and conditioning programs for athletes and employees in industrial settings.

Kristie Hopf, Vice President of Patient Services & Practice Management

Kristie has been with SPTRS/OCSS since 2000. She has over 15 years of medical business management and customer service experience. Kristie excels in team building. Kristie’s passion is securing and coordinating the maximum benefits for our Patients with their health care plan, to prevent any unnecessary financial burden on our client. Kristie’s  responsibilities include medical billing, insurance collections, formatting and updating our medical billing software and overseeing the entire day to day patients services operations.

Kristie is also a member of the APTA’s Private Practice Section, administrators council.

Paul Schmitt, MPT

Paul received a B.S. degree in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1995. He received an M.S. degree in Physical Therapy in 1998. Paul’s particular area of interest is outpatient orthopedics, and he is currently attending the Manual Therapy Institute to develop the skills to perform high-level advanced manual therapy. Other areas of expertise include post-surgical rehab and effective orthopedic interventions.
