Our Wellness Program offers non-invasive treatment for men and women of all ages through the creation of safe, easy and individualized self care and wellness plans.
The focus of the Wellness Program in Crystal Lake is to offer preventative training to maximize bowel and bladder health and to provide non-invasive treatment options for incontinence and pelvic pain diagnoses. In addition, we offer rehabilitation services for Fibromyalgia and chronic Pain as well as safe and effective core strength training and pain relief for women pre and post-partum.
